"ΔΙΑΔΡΟΜΕΣ" ("The Journey")

"The Journey", portrays 41 cancer survivors of different age groups who have experienced all kinds of cancer. These individuals have been cancer-free for at least 5 years.
All the participants have been photographed in front of a black backdrop, so that the viewer can focus more on their personalities. By taking a first look at the images, one cannot tell that the people photographed have gone through a tough disease such as cancer.

Each portrait is complimented by a brief text, based on a questionnaire that was answered by each person photographed, regarding their experience with cancer. This combination of image/text sends out a strong message about how these people have been positively affected. They are more appreciative, more focused and definitely stronger than before.
